Booking Update at Snoots
We're making some exciting improvements behind the scenes at Snoots.
As part of this, we're transitioning away from our current system (Digitail) and building a new platform in-house. This will allow us to offer a much more seamless, personalised experience — including a brand new app and improved online services in the near future.
What's changing?
From May 7th, 2026:
- Appointments will no longer be available through the Digitail app or online booking pages
- All bookings and requests will be handled directly by our team
How to book an appointment
You can reach us anytime:
We're here to help with bookings, records, billing, and anything else you need.
What about the Digitail app?
You can still log in and view your existing records for now. However, new updates (including recent visit notes) won't appear there during this transition.
If you need any records or updates, just reach out and we'll send them to you directly.
Why this change?
Handling bookings directly allows us to better understand your needs and ensure appointments are scheduled appropriately, while we build a much better long-term experience for you.
